Firehouse Subs Henry St - Springdale

I ordered exactly what was listed on the receipt in the first picture and drove 15 minutes home, only to find that my sandwich was packed with lettuce and some sort of sauce instead of just tomatoes. Meanwhile, the Cajun sandwich, which was supposed to include lettuce and sauce, came with tomatoes instead. I am really disappointed. It wasn't even worth the drive back to have them fix it since they were so busy. The cashier seemed distracted and couldn't fully focus on us while we were ordering. I like to believe I would have enjoyed my sandwich if it had been made correctly, which is why I gave it an extra star.

This was my first experience with mobile ordering, and I received a sandwich that was extremely messy, almost as if it was meant to be that way.

The meatball subs at this restaurant are always excellent. The service is exceptional as well. I highly recommend visiting!

The sandwiches at this restaurant are consistently fresh and tasty. I always complete my small or medium sandwiches, and I often finish the monster-sized ones too. The staff is friendly, and the place is exceptionally clean.
