Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Food always takes forever, icecream takes forever, employees always messing around in back talking and not working

These folks would benefit from a training in customer service. I know that places are short handed but when are we going to stop using that as an excuse for being rude to people? The young lady at the window and the one taking our order were both very rude.

We immediately got nauseated after we ate our burgers. My wife only ate half of hers and I ate all of mine. An hour later, I threw mine up! My wife’s was a double bacon cheeseburger. Mine was a double with jalapeño cheese, no bacon. These burgers were the only thing we ate today! We ordered a #2 and a #5.

To be honest the food serves is great the food is amazing its cooked fresh so there can hopefully be no complaints with the customers it honestly a great place to work there are friendly workers it gets hard at times but it's worth it all on the end

6-7 employees, not that busy at all, but the inside of this store was disgusting! Food all over the floor, obviously hadn't been swept all day. We literally checked every table to find somewhere where we wouldn't be stepping in French fries. Couldn't find it so got our food to go. Burgers were ok, not impressive. Why are the patties so thin? Fries are terrible...again super thin, why? We've had the custard once before and it was good. Thought we'd try the food, now that we have, we won't be back. At least sweep the floor for crying out loud.
