Their burger buns aren 't vegan (they contain egg) and their aioli also contains egg. You can get the veggie burger with no sauce and lettuce instead of buns, but it ends up being quite mediocre, especially for $17. If you have no other options for eating out and can 't cook your own food, it 's at least edible. But I can 't say much more than that about it.
Great place right outside of Zion. Excellent staff!
The Emerald Burger was delicious! I was surprised to find any vegan options in the tiny touristy town. Beyond meat patty with spring lettuce, onion, tomato, and a chipotle vegan aoli. I find most veggie burgers are almost embarrassingly messy but this was perfect and satisfying. Glad I listened to another Happy Cow review and subbed the Chimichuri Fries!
Ok.... first of all the server (Matt was exceptional AND sweet as pie! He made several recommendations to us as we just couldn't make a choice, ha ha! We ended up getting the portobello mushroom wrap with the chimichurri fries (do not miss out on those fries! As well as the Mediterranean salad which was EPIC! Thank you for having vegan options for us! We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and hope to come back again! @A_Vegan_Ray_Of_Sunshine
They have three vegan plates but the bun on the quinoa burger has eggs and is marked as vegan. The food is tasty I had the Chimichurri stuffed portobello and the impossible burger they make without the bun. Both were very good.
