The real deal a true saloon and dancehall. Family owned and operated with a touch of history on every wall and in every corner. This place was closed for 20 years and the new owners managed to keep it authentic and true to its past. A must visit! Try to make it on the one night they serve steaks.
My girlfriend and went to this place for the 1st time this past weekend. Our mistake was not having dinner here. Just sitting at he bar people were ordering steaks and they looked great. A guy next to me had a steak medium rare. I was so tempted to steal a bite while his back was turned. Anyways, we were just there for drinks and we had the greatest time at this saloon. The bartenders were great. We had a bartender named Kelly. She took care of us all night. I 'm a beer guy but she pointed me in the direction of some really great ales. My GF wanted a mixed drink and Kelly made her a drink called an Orange Julius . She loved them. As we speak my GF is trying to duplicate this here at home. Kelly our bartender is a true professional who knows her trade. You won 't go wrong if she is taking care of you. The Saloon is big. Separate pool table area and a smoking section out back. When we went out to smoke some folks were hanging out listening to Johnny Cash on a boom box. In my world you can 't pay for this type of ambiance. The stars in the night sky were amazing fit perfectly with the music and the crowd. They bar has an extensive draft list and they also have a great mixed drink menu. Full bar anything you want. The clientele were friendly. One guy sitting at the bar was doing magic tricks that made your head spin. What a great time. BTW the also have plenty of flat screen tv 's so watching sports is a win win. I can 't wait to return.
