Panda Express - Springfield

I recently visited Panda Express and was impressed by how clean and well-managed it was. I had a great experience thanks to a manager named Candace, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. She handled a large rush of customers with efficiency and even went out of her way to assist a customer who was hard of hearing. Candace did an awesome job and made my visit even more enjoyable.

Love the panda food. Always hot and delicious with fast service and friendly staff.

This restaurant is always bustling with customers. It's great for quick Americanized Chinese food. They accidentally left out one of my entrees, but considering how busy they were, it's understandable.

The food at this restaurant is enjoyable, but it has a slightly commercial feel to it. It is clear that the staff are overworked and underpaid, yet they still strive to provide good service with a smile. I have a lot of appreciation for their hard work. If you approach them with a positive attitude, most of the staff are friendly and pleasant to interact with. Mutual respect is key in creating a positive dining experience.
