Feedback gevenI ordered delivery of a medium pizza and chicken wings with a promo code for a free medium pizza. The store called me to inform me they were out of mediums and offered a large for an additional $2.99. I requested a free upgrade instead, but was still charged for the upgrade on the receipt. It seems Papa John's values $3 more than a customer who has been ordering from them regularly for the past 10 years. I will miss their food, but I won't be returning.
We waited for two hours for a pizza that was supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes. We called twice, but the girl did not answer our calls until I went to the restaurant to pick it up, only to be told that it had already been delivered. When I asked for a refund, she refused to give it to me. I will not be ordering from Papa John's again.
I went to pick up my pizza and there was only one person working! She was too busy making pizzas to help me. It was ridiculous! Then, a guy came in from lunch and he didn't wash his hands before handling boxes or going to the back where the pizzas are made.
This location has gone downhill rapidly. Using DoorDash most of the time. Of the last four times ordering, three times the pizzas have been undercooked and doughy. Last night we ordered again and DoorDash delivered a cold pizza which was burnt on the crust. They didn’t use a heated bag. I watched the woman pull the box from the back seat. I tipped over $5.00 in addition to the delivery fee because if you don’t add a tip, DoorDash drivers will pass your pizza up and take others that have a tip on them which I learned on a previous experience when a pizza was delivered cold over two hours after ordering and only after I called the manager on that occasion.
Only lasted two and a half hours to get a pizza that is accepted to take 45 minutes, told us that we come to pick it up and show up and they decided to send it for delivery. space is a sweat.
