Waited, seems forever. 3 workers working at super slow speed. I thought it was a replay. Never coming back to this location. Just walked out.

I came in to get a blueberry muffin. The person who gave it to me was the most beautiful girl i’ve ever seen. Her name was Tessa. Her sweet smile and soft voice made me feel things i’ve never felt before. This was the best expierence i’ve ever had in my life. Thank you for hiring her.

Had a Girls Scout event.Ordered through app 1 solid hour before arriving, they charged my card, arrive to pickup and told me I had to be there for them to start order.Told me it would be a half hour to have order ready.No part of process indicates orders that are paid for already are not prepared before arrival.Had to pick up elsewhere as I did not have 1/2 hour.@timhortons It is 2024 Please give up and close your store you don't get it. Be better if we rent your building to someone else.

About 2 p.m. today, I pulled up to drive thru window, ordered a hot Carmel macchiato. No body in line at all! I waited 12 minutes for one cup of coffee while about 4 young women stood there talking and laughing. She blamed the machine , however they weren 't concerned about a machine, they were just giggling. Pulled away with my cup and took a drink. It was barely warm, let alone hot. UNACCEPTABLE TIMMIES '!Do better

I rarely go to Tim Hortons now I remember why ... Got a cold breakfast sandwich and coffee full of grounds ! Just can't find good help anymore !
