Feedback gevenWent here to celebrate Mother's Day. This was our 3rd time here and unfortunately it was not up to the same standard as previous visits. Perhaps this was because it was much busier than usual and the kitchen and wait staff were a littleoverwhelmed. Service: The waiter was very courteous and personable. He was busy and at times hard to find. Drinks and appetizercame out fairly quickly. Salads and soup came out soon after. Then... The wait. Dinners took about 40 minutes after the soup andsalad was cleared. This was by far the biggest disappointment of the night. Food: Flavor was excellent. And in generaleverything was cooked very well. Unfortunately my daughter's pork chop was under done (cool center). This was sent back andcooked more. Overall: For the price, I felt there should have been much better service. And I was very surprised that nomanagement rep came to apologize for the delays or under cooked food. Other tables received complementary dessert but we wereoffered no other accommodations.
We just had an amazing experience (again) at 350 Grill. The food was divine, the service was fantastic, and we had a wonderful evening. We have been here numerous times, with small and large parties, and it’s always phenomenal. We love coming here!
I met some friends for dinner, and it was our first time at this restaurant. The drinks were enjoyable, and our waitress was fantastic. However, the steaks weren't cooked exactly to our preference, although they were still decent. The main concern, though, was the amount of smoke from the grill that filled the entire dining area. It was quite overwhelming and affected our eyes. Unfortunately, I don't think we'll be returning.
We discovered this restaurant after asking Siri for a steakhouse in Springfield, Massachusetts, and I'm so glad we did. The food is absolutely fantastic, and everyone’s steak was cooked to perfection. The surf and turf was especially delicious. The only small downside is that it’s quite dark inside, making it hard to see your food. The owner is very hands-on and even works at the hostess stand. When I left, I mentioned to her that I didn’t realize there was bread available, not knowing she was the owner. She was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return when we’re back in the area! They also have a heated outdoor patio that’s open year-round. Although I didn't eat there this time, I'd love to try it—even in the winter!
We made a last-minute decision to change our restaurant plans for the evening and chose 350, and we were not disappointed at all. We have no complaints! My boyfriend ordered the surf and turf tower, and while he doesn't usually enjoy a lot of beef, he absolutely loved the medallions. He found the risotto cake to be just okay, but honestly, who cares when you're getting such great protein? My filet was incredible. We've been to renowned places like Gordon Ramsay's, where we've also had the filet, but I can confidently say that the one at 350 was far superior. I would happily return for it anytime if it always tastes as good as it did. I even enjoyed the leftovers for lunch today, and they were still fantastic. The price was reasonable, especially considering it comes with two sides. I'm not sure why there's an additional $5 charge for melted seasoned butter that I could hardly taste, but if that's my biggest complaint, then we're in good shape! We will definitely be back for dinner the next time we’re in town.
