Arby's - Springfield

The man that took my order and served me at the window was great!!! Wish I would have gotten his name.

The manager messed up my order what I have, mistakes happen, but there were a few dollars over the accused. she made me pay for the meal I just paid for and told me that the other would go back to a few days on my card. that never happened. very disappointed by this special arby’s.

Do I not review almost food? unless it's remarkable.? it's just about the arby’s springfield il veterans wabash location sw ecke about 9:58 clock, 7/22/22. they close @10? are we old? and went to a movie?️ past our bed. just to say that we honestly did not know that they were closed until the ?went out after we had ordered. really! we are not these people! if they know when a place closes rolling up to 2 min til then they are these people and should be ashamed. If they were taking care of them, they would never have known. two different young employees? helped us and both were so nice and professional that it obviously made a impression? I'm sorry that I didn't see their names. the ? and? were fresh, hot and tasted super! thanks from two old people on the date night!?

It's almost always good. I would suggest that I always get the classic roast beef and the jalapeno poppers and mozzarella sticks! the people working there are almost always nice and very helpful!

My review was postponed from 3 to 5 stars. simply expressed. the quality of eating is great. the service was friendly and always on time. as a frequent restaurant eater I didn't even have common problems as with other facilities. I wonder why I can't give a sixth star to make so good for so many visits without problems.
