Baskin-robbins - Springfield

I recently picked up a job for a cake on my way to work. In the morning I wanted to pick up the cake, I was informed by the staff that my cake was not prepared and would not be ready for over an hour when I was supposed to pick up the cake. I had frustrated without cake, but on my way to work received a call from the owner. He apologised for what had happened and told me he would personally deliver the cake where I ever needed it in the afternoon for free. I have appreciated the owner and the efforts he has made to fix the situation. I will continue to give this Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins my business that they are ready to go beyond and beyond for their customers.

Good service and very friendly staff.
