Burger King - Springfield

A small twill ring and regular cheeseburger ordered and eating is completely cold. I just put one star on it because they needed two seconds to give me my whole meal from the window. not a happy customer. I worked all night to get this.

Terrible. was not even 10:30 through the drive thru and they were just standing around in a circle, not even commanding and answering the phone. drive thru stays open until 11:59. we have been together

Ordered food in the drive thru and they have forgotten my sandwich and when I go and call it keeps ringing busy like they have it off the hook i have called 5 times and all 5 times rings busy... this is the worst I have had with them along with the chicken fries being luke warm along with the regular fries...

Best burger king to eat is always hot and fresh and fast

Took my daughter here for cheese burgers and m8lk shakes. The dining room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
