Cooper's Hawk Winery - Springfield

Wow! I was truly impressed by this fantastic venue. First off, it's a wine club that has the perfect setup to support that. On top of that, it's also an AMAZING restaurant. I ordered the grilled salmon, but I was really blown away by the wasabi mashed potatoes and the Asian slaw. The flavors and combinations were incredible! The pretzel bread was outstanding too.

The atmosphere is very inviting. The staff was friendly, offering much knowledge with the different wines and menu items. The food tasted amazing for both myself and my partner.
