Feedback gevenI know it's Christmas Day, but I waited in the drive-thru line for 35 minutes, only to be asked at the window to repeat my order! After all that time, I ended up leaving with just a small cup of whipped cream for my dog. If I could give zero stars, I would. Food rating: 1/5.
We visit this restaurant every day, and we consistently receive excellent customer service. Every time we go through the drive-thru, Crystal takes our order and remembers it even before we order our first drink! I find this impressive, considering she serves so many customers daily and still remembers ours. Great job, Crystal!
The foods and drinks are always good I always have a problem with there service. I was announced today by cameron I order a larger ice cream with 4 framed 4 French vanilla dralls 5 liquid sugar I got the husks and sugar no creamer. I also have the maple bacon-sw with hashbrowns. I have that sandwich without hathbrowns. food: 4/5
I've been going to this dunkin since her opening, but unfortunately this place has gone horribly since the last management about 2 years ago. constant disappointment, badly made coffee, burnt eating. better place to go would be roots coffee or 7Bräisch, they don't waste their time here.
Ordered online but they didn’t have the doughnuts that were available on the app. I requested that they just take them off of the order then but they said that they couldn’t and I had to call customer service. I tried calling customer service during normal working hours and it said that they could not accept my call at this time and hung up. At this point they just stole my money essentially.
