Dutch Bros Coffee - Springfield

Please fix the problem with the merging lanes. When you've been waiting for 10 minutes in line, and someone comes in and jumps in front of you it's really frustrating! Other than that you guys rock. I will definitely be avoiding the locations with the merging lanes though. Why don't you just open both windows and have traffic going both ways?

I keep trying out of supporting an Oregon business but their drinks are so inconsistent one day they're too hot to drink the next day they're too cold, I asked for extra syrup I get none. And they always ask me if I want a soft top on a non-dairy drink..

Staff is friendly bright and cheery even on a cold winter morning the only problem when you order a hot drink you kind of expect one to come out hot

What can I say, everyone goes here for the staff!! They hire energy charged people who make you feel like you belong. The coffee itself is bland, but sugar in the drink, sugar from the staff smiles you leave feeling just a little better about the rough day
