Einstein Bros Bagels - Springfield

Favorite place to meet folks for coffee and breakfast. And love the help yourself to several different coffees. Although I was disappointed the carmel butter coffee was not a option this visit.

Best Einstein's Bros in town! Not only are the best bagels in town, but the best service too! Sarah and her crew have the most positive attitude and genuinely care about their customers. They have had staffing issues as all places have had, but they have handled it like a champ. Can't say enough great things about this location!

Absolutely love this place. the staff are really nice and helpful. I placed an order online (while in the parking lot) to pick up in the store (had a free coffee reward to use but it had to be a mobile order) and the app told me it would be ready in 10-15 min. but it was ready in about 5 min. we had a few bagels and 2 drinks (including my coffee) and everything was perfect.

I use to visit this location quite often when I lived closer to it. The service was great and they would remember you. I decided to visit again when I needed coffee for a group of people recently, and it was just as great as it was before, the coffee and the service. The consistently friendly service and quality food/drinks makes it worth it even if I don’t live nearby anymore.
