Elmer's (springfield, Or)

The prices are a bit higher than some ,but the quality and quantity of the food makes it well worth it. Also, our wait person I think her name is Patty?? Was phenomenal!!! All of the staff were nice and very accommodating, but her patience, disposition and efficiency are bar none!!! I had the Reuben. I have to say it was likely the best I've ever had. My friends had the strawberry crepes and the German pancakes. I did try each and they were equally as delicious as my Reuben. The meat on my sandwich must have been at least 1 1/2 inches thick!!! I actually had to save half for dinner. Very much worth the couple bucks more than Denny's or Shari's.

Customer service was really good the food was great I did not have any problems with my service dog being there and they were very helpful with my child the only problem I have was that our first waiter didn't bring us the kids menu but then our actual waiter brought his kids menu when she came over anyways my family's German and we make German pancakes from home recipe that goes back years and years and years and I was really surprised when they're German pancake was pretty close to our recipe all together great experience

We waited 20 minutes to be seated and no one greeted us, 15 minutes for a server to ask us for drinks and take our order then when we got our food it was cold, none of the cooks were wearing their masks properly they were pulled below their chins, just overall not good waitressing. There were people who were eating before us who arrived 30 minutes after us. This was not the best experience I have had at this location… super disappointing i usually love coming here for breakfast but will not recommend and will not be returning!!

I like consistency and Elmer's has it. Staff was great, food was great. What more can you ask for?
