From the second we walked in the door, the service was impeccable. I believe our waiters name was Bobby. We started with the roasted tomato and red pepper bisque, it was a perfect balance of creaminess and the acidity of the tomato and peppers. I had the pork shank with polenta. The polenta was a great texture and was full of flavor. I had no need for my knife with the pork shank, it was so delectably tender and the brown sugar glaze was a perfect complement to the flavor of the pork. My wife had the veal Marsala which was a unique take in a traditional Marsala sauce featuring fresh tomato and basil. Great dining experience, I can't wait to dine there again!!
Had a delicious meal to celebrate my birthday. Our waiter was excellent and very knowledgeable. Loved the fresh flavor of the salad and my cod was perfectly prepared. The ambiance is relaxing and I can’t wait to return when I’m in Springfield again.
