Incredibly Delicious Cakes

Great food in a historic house. Freshly bakes breads. Tried the Avocado toast, breakfast croissant, éclairs all were amazing. Had red velvet cake made for the birthday and everyone loved it. Perfect for lunch. Staff is super nice and kind. Looking forward to going next time. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast

Wow! I'm surprised at the negative reviews. I've eaten here several times when visiting Springfield, and the food has always been delicious. In February we purchased a large assortment of pastries for a birthday so we could sample many different ones, and they were ALL a big hit, as tasty as they were attractive! The most recent time in Springfield (Nov. 2023) we got croissants for breakfast, and my sister, who had just spend several weeks in Paris, said the croissants compared to the ones she'd had in Paris, and were actually better than some they had eaten there. The croissants are super flaky and buttery I can't imagine them being any better! Looking forward to my next purchase from Incredibly Delicious!

Super disappointed in the birthday cake I ordered I ordered a lemon/raspberry cake They did not want to deviate from their online design which forced me to add these red dots all over the cake I dislike the taste and staining of red dyes and other dark colors and avoid them at all costs, but they refused to alter which right off I didn’t appreciate But it was for my moms birthday found out she had cancer and would be starting treatment soon, so wanted a special cake We have gotten cake here before Chocolate/ which everyone enjoyed But everyone was not happy with the lemon/raspberry cake for the price over 40.00 plus for a small cake) that they refuse to accommodate to your liking it was disappointing. I said I wanted little flowers and they were just dots of frosting maybe it’s Picasso’s version of a flower lol) our family was really shocked especially as I stated at this price point If it had blown us away with its flavor maybe??? but no nope Walmart has a whipped frosting cake everyone would have probably loved My mom who was the birthday girl 89 years old didn’t like it I am sick so had someone pick it up, when I called the bakery, I had paid online they did not have what I felt was a reasonable response like I’m sorry you didn’t like it, or something instead they seemed to blame ME Cake decorating is an art and I would allow the “ Artist” great freedom of creation Being unable to compromise is in my mind a fail That was not saved with the flavor

This place has always been my go-to breakfast/lunch stop. It never misses. Fresh pastries and desserts. The menu changes quite often, so next time you’re downtown definitely check it out!!
