I had a wonderful experience! I absolutely love the turkey Little John, and the staff was incredibly patient with my large order. They were friendly and helpful, not once showing any signs of annoyance. I really appreciated their positive attitude!

I had an order of 10 subs I needed to place and was put on hold by the “ manager “ waited 10 minutes and then decided to call back, didn’t even say hello she said Haha hold please again. I called again and was hung up on 4 times. Then when I called to complain she said to take it up with corporate and to stop calling. A so called manager just lost a customer. So unprofessional. We love jimmy johns and eat there alot I order a giant sandwich and they said I had a free half sandwich so got turkey and bacon took two bites and had a hair in my mouth spit that bite out and thought ok just gonna try another bite and I had a hair in my mouth again so gonna be awhile before I go back but before this order everything had been excellent.
