The food was acceptable, but I requested a lot of ranch dressing and didn't receive any. I won't be returning.

The only reason why this is not 5 stars is the price. it is not cheap to eat here, but the eating is great and the staff is always friendly. food: 5/5

The lobby is consistently closed. There's no reason to place an order online if it still takes 15-30 minutes to wait in line.
