Little Caesars Pizza - Springfield

Always come in after 8 and everytime I'm here the crew has been super friendly.

Service was quick, friendly staff, and my order was correct.

Tried to speak with the owner today to see if a local school team could get a deal on a large order for kids who need lunch for an event. Typically stores can offer $4 pizzas to us. The girl working gave an email that she swore worked, I repeated back, and both emails got returned.

I know it's Little Ceasars but what happened to this location?? The employees are friendly..but there's now no online ordering, food has taken a huge dip in quality, they never have wings anymore (last three times I've went they said they don't have them anymore), the hours are changing a lot. No online ordering anymore, the phone is never answered. What has happened?

They never have a pizza “hot and ready” been to this location multiple times for a cheese pizza and it’s always a 5 to 7 minute wait.
