Mcdonald's - Springfield

This McDonald's is by far the worst I have ever visited. The service is consistently slow, poor, and often incorrect.

I waited 8 minutes in an empty lobby and empty drive through. No one even greeted me to ask me to wait for whatever was holding them up. The 2 employees were talking to each other and doing their thing while time went by. One of them NOTICED me and just ignored the fact. When she finally came to take my order she just walked up yo the register and looked at me like I was a problem...I ordered my meal and she literally just typed it in and walked off...then when it was ready FIFTEEN minutes later (I have proof of these times) she THREW the bag on the counter. This is unacceptable and uneexusable behavior. I will be calling corporate. I give 5 stars on basically everything. People have told my wife and I we are dream customers because we are easy going and never complain. I hope this employee is fired...This restaurant should not be operating as it is.

My daughter had a coupon for a free ice cream cone, so we decided to drive through this restaurant. The girl taking our order seemed a bit confused, but we managed to sort things out. I ordered a caramel sundae with nuts for my wife, but when we received our order, the sundae was missing the nuts. After asking for a spoon multiple times, we were informed that they no longer offer nuts as a topping. The manager complained loudly that they hadn't served nuts in years, which seemed unnecessary in front of customers.

It didn't appear to have enough people on duty they were all not wearing proper uniform attire and I didn't even get to order because it was taking too long it shares a building with a gas station and the entire facility just appears to be dirty and worn down they definitely need an upgrade and a hiring eventFood: 1/5

We walked in the drink counter Had spilled liquid all over it. The place was freezing cold, The dining room was blocked off by wet floor signs but the floor was dry and there was stuff all over it. I asked if the dining room was open they said yeah you can eat here, so we had to move the wet floor signs, and I think they did that. Just to discourage people from eating in the dining room. Not a place I would want to take my family to.
