When I suggested to put something at the entrance so people didn't wait for nothing the associate became rude. Glenstone and cherry VERY POOR MANAGEMENTThis is the second time rhey have brought out cookies in a ripped up box this time the cookies where even cold when I asked for a manager they sent out a grill cook and he said that they where not cold he cooked them his self I asked him if he was the one ho put them in the broken box with the box falling out he said yes and there was nothing that they would do with it very rude just like the manager that would never come out to talk to me if this is how they train their management it IA no wonder why they do not do that good of business
Went at about 130am Sept 10th 2022. Whoever is running that night shift is amazing. Like my food was spot on and it was busy as hell. And give big fella that was doin window a raise. You can tell dude cares. Thats rare in an industry that don't get enough credit.
They lost my order and receipt after asking me to pull forward and park to wait for food. Then they only brought half my order out and finally i went in after 3 tries of getting all my food and they were rude and disrespectful saying i was lying when i had my order pulled up on my phone. It took me over 30 minutes to get my food and not one apology.
Yes, they were a bit slow, so maybe try the curbside option. I had to wait by the drive-through three times.
