Mexican Villa - Springfield

Really the only thing making it only 4 stars is the price, and that ain't even their fault. Bathrooms are Ultra tiny though so consider yourself a warned

My loaded nachos arrived, and I couldn't even finish them—they were terrible. I would never come back to this place again. It takes a lot for me to send food back, and anyone who knows me can vouch for that.

On October 30, 2022, I decided to give this restaurant another chance, despite our previous visits where we received stale taco shells filled with barely any meat and a lot of lettuce. We arrived at the drive-thru at 8:00 PM and waited for 15 minutes without anyone taking our order. When we finally drove away, we noticed a staff member sweeping the front area and she didn’t acknowledge us at all.

We had stopped visiting this place because the service and food were poor. But today was different! The service and food were excellent!

A unique offering if Mexican fair. Loved the flavors and pricing was fair for serving size. Queso was excellent as were the crunchy tacos.
