Olive Garden Italian - Springfield

We arrived at 6:15 and no one attended to us. We were left sitting there for 40 minutes, and I can't even express how frustrated I am. It’s my son’s birthday, and this experience is just unacceptable.

Excellent service! The food was delicious, and our waitress did an amazing job surprising my daughter by singing "Happy Birthday" while bringing out a cupcake.

The location is ideal, the food was fantastic, and the restaurant was tidy, but the service could use significant improvement. The greeters appeared more focused on their own conversations than on welcoming guests, which made it feel like I was interrupting them when I tried to get their attention. My server was rather aloof and made me feel rushed during our interactions, even when she quickly added cheese to my dish without waiting for me to indicate how much I wanted. I would recommend this place if they could enhance their staff performance.

We had an outstanding experience at the restaurant. The food was superb, and the drinks were excellent too. It was a little noisy, but that’s understandable. Our server was incredible—without a doubt the best I've ever encountered at Olive Garden. We will definitely be back very soon!
