Pasta Express - Springfield

Attended a business seminar....Great location and adequate parking...However, the food served determined that I wouldn't try for a second time...Food: 3/5

My food was very good. The butter packets for my rolls was very melted and almost looked like oil?? I opened it very carefully and it splattered on my brand new shirt.Food: 5/5

Got home with my to go order and there were no rolls! I did not check the bag before leaving the restaurant and had a feeling that I should have.

We have eaten at this location a bunch of times in the past and have never been disappointed before today. With today's economy it is easy to understand the price increase. However, I was highly disappointed that the portion size also shrank. I don't know if I'll be back until this issue is resolved.

Had 2 cars in front of me and waited almost 35 minutes to get a salad. Never again!! You all are SLOW and over priced.
