Roots, located in Springfield, is one of the top dining destinations in the area. The ambiance, service, and food quality all exceed expectations and deserve a higher rating. If a 6-star option existed, this restaurant would definitely earn it. My recommendation is to order a steak and request a side of chimichurri sauce – you won't be disappointed. Additionally, the bar drinks are fantastic.

The food and drinks at this restaurant are fantastic. I have never had a bad meal here. The passion fruit root drink is exceptional.

Amazing! Only the plantain salad was not to our liking, but our waitress kindly informed us that it could be substituted on our next visit. It is highly recommended to make a reservation for evenings as this restaurant is very popular. The service was excellent, and the signature Brazilian drink (whose name I cannot recall) was delightful. If they have Yucca fries on the menu, be sure to try them - they are so delicious!

Excellent food and excellent service. The decor is modern and unique and the food is fresh and has so much flavor. If you’re a vegetarian, they have a ton of options!
