Sarku Japan - Springfield

I thought sarku was good. I love sarku, but this place was not good at all. the rice tasted undercooked, maybe not enough water when it was cooked. ordered two chicken teriyakis and one had significantly more portion than the other. total experience was quite unsatisfactory.

Large portion of chicken teryaki and fried rice but it was very greasy. Chicken egg roll was terrible

This might be the only bad Sarku in the entire country. SKIP IT, just go to the Back lick Road location, even if you're already at the mall. Only bad experiences I've ever had at any Sarku were here.

They need to learn how to cook an the young workers don’t know what they doing overcooked oily lo mein an stop asking people do they want extra chicken to scam them out the money the worse

Place was better before pandemic. The food is way too greasy so it gets mushy if you let it sit too long. Don't recommend, but I do enjoy Grilled Kabob a few steps away.
