Steak 'n Shake - Springfield

The environment was clean, not many people, but it took a little because to serve us. they always forgot to bring us serviettes, sauces, even pommes and a shake they never brought, why then give a 5-star rating? because of the 1 person who made the whole situation better. I think her name was ashley, she took care of us when the rest of the load failed. it is because of her that our evening at the restaurant ended great.

I'm going to go ahead with five stars. eating is good and really about the best burger they find. chili is good, just not big enough. prices are very cheap. that they can stay like that. the service has been great? Food: 5/5

Eating in this restaurant is better than that we usually visit. but the service was terrible! we waited for a shake and got it only after the meal. we had to ask for the shake, or we hadn't got it. eat excellent. service bad. food: 5/5

I saw my whole lunch on a burger who was on the inside in a rough, and had nothing to do with it than a piece of cheese. the driving participant is unorganized and abused. had three others commanded beside my own, just sitting there. She asked me to come back, but I should have my reception. guess what? no reception. avoid avoid

Not enjoying the new changes at Steak and shake. Now your food is served to you in a plastic basket you drink from a plastic cup and the salad dressings all come from a plastic sealed cup which I assume is shelf stable. Bring back real salad dressing and real dishes. My server Heather did an excellent job.Food: 1/5
