Wawa - Springfield

Was a regular customer heard, but after hearing how the employees are ignorantly fun about people who did not get the Kovid recordings I no longer got cartridge in this place. People have reasons for some medical, some religious, but to hear that it is being forced to harass people against what I stand as a veteran and if Wawa supports that then I can no longer support this company

I usually get the meatball sandwich is good and the hoagies are good too. Parking is generally ok when I am there. I gotta try some other items like the chicken sandwhich.

Like all Wawa stores it is okay. RTE and MTO food items are okay, but mostly overpriced. Staff is generally pleasant and there are no obvious cleanliness issues. However, if there are more than a few people in there this location gets claustrophobic in a hurry. It is a very tight store and lacks a public restroom. It is still has most of the hallmarks of a convenience store and will do in a pinch or for neighborhood visits, but if you are going to pass another one on your way you should wait for the next Wawa or other convenience store) location.

Used the app to order a classic roll with butter for pick-up. When I picked up my order, Olivia?s tone was rather smug but I tried to avoid thinking much of it. I then began to drive away and when I bit into my roll, I discovered that it was completely dry and without butter. I returned and informed Olivia of this issue. She offered me a blank stare without apology as she re-did my order. She said ?Have a good night!? without any apology for the inconvenience or time wasted with driving back and forth. I usually have a pleasant experience at Wawa, but this was my first and last time at this location. Will complete the online survey and contact management as well.

Great Place to go get a snack after work. Love the addition of the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine one thing I always enjoy, their cheesesteaks are good as well overall great little convenient store Recently the one lady with the buzz cut has an attitude like who the heck does she think she is? Just saying I would give 5 stars if some of the staff were nicer and the store needs to get a major overhaul but it's still a great place to hang around
