Wawa - Springfield

I went late last night to grab a quick snack. Ended up ordering a roast beef sandwich since they had it available. I go pay for my things wait for them to call my ticket. Tell me how I go home, open the sandwich, take a bite. Something?s off. I take a look we?ll what do you know it there?s NOT A SINGLE PIECE OF ROAST BEEF, BUT THEY CHARGED ME FOR IT. I top of that, there?s a small piece of bacon, that?s it. They basically gave me a veggie sandwich. Never had that happen

I have been stopping at almost every Wawa on my way for years. Love them lol

Appreciated convenience of this gas station near the Short Hills Mall as opposed to the Chatham ones.

Bad customer service. If you're Hispanic, employee's would not answer you. Went there to pick up a delivery for a customer and went to inquire one employee if the order was ready he passed me and didn't answer, passed me if I wasn't there.

If I can give this place zero stars if I could this place always have long lines with only one person working at the deli/ pickup area please hire more people!!!! Every time!!! I usually go to the one in Maplewood cause they don?t have long lines but since gas is tight I had to come here near my job
