Springs Pizza

Prices online are not the prices in the store. Was up charged for a pepperoni pie and charged a 5% fee for using a CC. Order ended up being $20 more than expected. Not sure if they were trying to capitalize on Labor Day weekend. Been ordering delivery from here for the past year and have decided to stop after this pick-up experience. Feel taken advantage of. I ordered a baked chicken parm dinner with spaghetti garlic knots on the side and salad goes with it, when I went to pick it up and bring my dinner home all i was baked chicken cutlets and garlic knots. I went back he told the guy and he said oh spaghetti doesn't go with it, I said but I ordered spaghetti and there was no salad also in the bag so they gave me my salad, I waited for them to cook the spaghetti when I got home the blue cheese was on top of the salad I had to throw the salad away because I was full from the dinner and I don't eat my salad I bring it to work and it would have been soggy never put the dressing on the salad for the people. I would not recommend ordering food over the phone with them and also it's just not a great place to eat from and ordered a pizza. the sauce was tasteless.

Waited over two hours for our order on June 30th. Placed order to be delivered, never happened. Had to go to store. Owner and workers were rude and indifferent. I waited over 90 minutes for my online delivery order and eventually had to go to the store myself because the phone number wasn't in service. When I arrived, the food wasn't even being prepared, and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. The staff was rude and arrogant, and they even laughed at me. They seem to think they have a monopoly in the Springs, which is completely unacceptable. I will never do business with them again. They refused to give me a refund or even partial credit. Their customer service skills were lacking, and there wasn't any pizza available for counter service. On top of that, the restrooms were filthy. This is a poorly managed establishment, and I am really disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The pizza and knots were fresh and cooked to perfection, with a delightful crispiness. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our visit even more enjoyable. The marinara sauce was spot on, and I highly recommend the Sicilian calamari and Grandma pepperoni slices—they're must-tries! We dined in, and I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5. There was plenty of free parking available, which was a bonus. Overall, it was a fantastic meal that I can't wait to enjoy again!
