Mcdonald's - Springvale

Went through drive through and didn't get served until after someone else turned up on the other lane. Chips were soft and limp and only just warm and tasted of old oil.

Visited 13/8/23 with elderly. Signs on all restrooms that they were out of toilet paper. I took photos. You are opposite a aldi store. Why didn't someone go buy some? Disgusting

Staff ignored customers including managers. There were a queue in front of the counter with no staff attending. Waited for a few minutes, I can see staff handing out food but the restaurant wasn’t busy. I have tried to get their attention but they chose to look away and continue ignoring me. I was with my client with disabilities. I felt discriminated.

Worst customer service ever. Drive through was a nightmare for my anxiety and they even made it worse by repeatedly saying they couldn’t hear me while I was speaking loud and clear… Today was the worst ever. I was supposed to get the free fries for national fry day but this place doesn’t allow physically buying it even though the MACCAS app accepts it but they still denied and embarrassed me. Get better honestly

Worst McDonald's.....4 people handle my order (including two managers). 2x Happy meals for kids 4x Hamburgers which 4 staff handled and repacked six times with no gloves as I'm watching them from the drive throw window. Complained to manage when I received my order as the wrapping had fallen off all of them inside the bag (what happened to food hygiene). Best thing was upon receiving my order was told it was all there including the spicey chicken and sauce. Get home and only have source WHERE IS SPICEY CHICKEN ???? Rang and complained and they think replacing my order is satisfying. I should see a lawyer and call governing body for food and hygiene then this McDonald's might pick up there act or be permanently closed. McDonald's Australia really needs to look at franchisees better and investigate this store as they are ruining this icon in Australia. THANK GOD WE HAVE HUNGRY JACKS, RED ROOSTER, KFC, etc, etc.
