Mcdonald's - Springville

It's definitely McDonald's food, but recently I've been kept waiting for my drive through food for up to a half hour. This happened on multiple occasions, it seems like they just forgot I was waiting because many cars drove past me and I had to step inside to ask about my order which seemed they hadn't even started yet

If your kiosk says go sit down someone will bring you your food. One would expect their food to be delivered to their table. By the time I realized my food wasn't coming. It was cold. Good luck talking with an employee. Today's customer service sucks.

Kids love the playland, and they make the best sundaes.

Soda machines have been malfunctioning for months or there is no soda available as Dr Pepper or Coke. I really think it's amazing... ridiculously amazing.

Gave me all the honey I needed for my nuggets! 10/10
