Bing’s Spruce Grove

This was our first time visiting, and we had a wonderful experience! The service was exceptional, and the food was incredibly tasty. We sampled some Chinese dishes that were both fresh and affordably priced. They also offer bubble tea, which I plan to try on our next visit. The sticky toffee pudding was absolutely divine! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would highly recommend this restaurant. Even though we don't live in Spruce Grove, we’ll definitely make the trip from Edmonton for the Chinese food and to explore more of the menu. Thank you, Bings!

I have been visiting this restaurant for many years, but ever since the original family passed it on to the younger generation, the quality has declined significantly. It's very disappointing considering it used to be the best Chinese restaurant; now it's barely mediocre at best. I worry that once the senior community in Spruce is no longer around, this place will be gone too!

This has consistently been my favorite Chinese restaurant in the Edmonton area. The chicken balls are generously filled with chicken, and their wonton soup is fantastic, loaded with wontons and pork. The fried rice is quite delicious as well. Although the atmosphere isn't especially fancy, the portions are always generous and the prices are great!

The dumplings were rubbery and obviously reheated—completely disappointing! I would have sent them back if we had been dining in. The shrimp was also overcooked. This restaurant has definitely been removed from my list of places to visit. However, the manager from Bing's contacted me, refunded my money, and appeared genuinely committed to correcting the problem with the staff.

The food was amazing, just like always. However, I was a bit disappointed to find a group of staff members gathered together, chatting about their personal lives when I arrived, which made me wait a while before someone acknowledged me. That said, the food definitely met its outstanding reputation!
