Panago Pizza - Spruce Grove

Can definitely tell that the driver made at least one stop. The pizza was definitely on cooler side of warm. Cheese had already started to harden. Not favourable for delivery drivers to have stops when youre hoping for fresh as possible food. I dont think this is a driver fault as door dash shouldnt even allow this.

Very rude staff member at 10 PM. Worst service ever.

Stopped in and ordered. Had the best Lady take and make the order. Emily!!! Her name was Emily and she is so kind!

Call center is terrible. Sold me a medium pizza with cheesy bread and failed to tell me a large is cheaper as a combo with cheesy bread. Figured it out on my own and called back but they are too slow to answer so i could change the order. This location is has great service and is very clean and consistant. Just with i could give the call center a bad review instead of writting it here.

Crust had 5 big bubbles on it. Supposed to pop them in the oven and move the toppings back over so the toppings aren't displaced. That or have the dough prepped better when they work it onto the trays :
