Quiznos - Spruce Grove

We bought a mesquite chicken sub and a turkey bacon sub for pickup. When we got home, my wife found a hair in the sub. We know it wasn't hers because of the colour. It was after 9PM by then so no way to return the sandwiches. Feeling disgusted, both sandwiches went into the garbage. My wife tried to contact them on their customer loyalty website, no luck, error message. And an email bounced as well. So in summary, bad hygiene, bad customer service. You decide: do they deserve even 1 star?

Food was good and staff was nice and prices were decent.

It was a lively place so it is always a good sign. the 2 young were busy, commanding and filling them. I enjoyed my sub and gf enjoyed her salate. there were at least 8 skip the dishes in the time when I had eaten my sub and the walk in families. codos on fill them and keep all customers happy young.
