Sakai Sushi Bar - Spruce Grove

This fantastic sushi restaurant has remained open during the Covid-19 outbreak. The food was delicious, as always. Let's all do our part to support our favorite restaurants by ordering takeout.

We went out for dinner over the weekend and ordered the bark yakiniku and grilled Icelandic cod, along with a Hitachino Nest beer. The meal started with miso soup, followed by the protein served with rice, salad, and 4 pieces of sushi. Additionally, we had the option to choose edamame, 3 gyoza, 2 croquettes, or sautéed vegetables. The meal also included ice cream for dessert. The service was good, the portions were generous, and the bark meat and cod were delicious!

The restaurant provides excellent service in a clean environment, and the food is delicious. My favorite item is the Bento box for its variety, and I particularly enjoy the salad dressing.

They have been here for 4 years at least a few times in the month. patrick and his personal are absolutely outstanding. the quality and freshness of the food is not the same. was never disappointed. has a good rating to give, because everyone. will find out about our hidden secret sushi restaurant in spruce grove, it is amazing!

Very quaint and seemingly authentic Japanese atmosphere restaurant. It's unfortunate that it's so hidden away from the downtown main stay. Individual private booths lends a romantic flair, that is closely monitored by a dedicated and friendly waitress. The food is very good, unique and different...as an interpretation of the menu is in order for those unfamiliar with Japanese terms. And yes it is on the expensive side as can be expected with aforementioned qualities. For a unique Sushi experience, highly recommended.
