Sakai Sushi Bar - Spruce Grove

This is one of the best sushi restaurants around! My family and I have been going since it opened and we believe it can compete with any other sushi restaurant. It's a fantastic family restaurant that is committed to serving high-quality food and sushi, which is their top priority. The decor is great and the dining experience is amazing. However, it can be a bit slow at times because they take pride in what they serve.

Two stars are because eating is still great. service horrid today!? what happened? stood at the door for always both the server and manager saw me standing there. then waited and waited. No one ever came back after the food was delivered? on the door extremely applied said, wait over an hour until a rejection is unacceptable. Something went terrible.

What a lovely, hidden gem. The service was top-notch, the food was excellent, and the decor was very beautiful. This was my first time visiting and I'm thrilled that I did! I will definitely be returning.

Lunch Bento boxes are very good. service and atmosphere are always timely and pleasant. personal owner is a great host who runs a good operation.

Me and my family always come to Sakai. Authentic jap food with great selection of sakes Very fresh sushi, artistic maki and they know how to make tampura! Golden crispy but not oily at all. Dessert recommendation would be tempura ice cream, they have green...tea and mango favours. The chef has over 20 yrs experience, great service, clean restaurant.
