Employees must not make enough to be charging .25 for sweet and sour sauce. Every other mcdonald’s doesn’t charge for sauce it comes with your meal. This is a huge corporation.

I experienced the worst customer service experience ever, by a manager named Erica. During our interaction, I experienced a high level of unprofessionalism, including rude behavior and yelling.
