Feedback gevenWe ordered him a three-fold cheeseburger with only cheese and he did not read the label correctly, but while he had eaten his burger, he realized that there was wobble and he just shot them out of his mouth. he has an extreme phobia of wobble and was traumatized by it.
Do not try to order through the mymcdonalds app. the order was wrong in the last three times, missing items and the latest had the drink spillover everything that makes the door unusable during delivery. If you want to talk to someone about it, you need to talk to about it (?) and just a phone number that doesn't work so they never have a chance to get their money back. they tried every day for a week.
It took an absolute age to be served via drivethru. dreadfully slow. seven in drivethru for 30 minutes then placed in the bay and there for another 20mins
The wait in the parking lot was lengthy, then finally they took my order. They asked me to park and said my food would be brought to me. The fizzy drinks were flat, the chips were cold, and the burger was poorly assembled. The food was of bad quality and it took 40 minutes for the cold meal to be served. I will not be returning again.
Terrible!! Had to wait 10 mins for a coffee, while the person just told everyone that asked about their order “it’s not ready yet”. Eventually the manager came along and sorted out the bottleneck. I could see my coffee sitting there for most of the...time! This McDonald’s is often chaotic, so don’t go there if you are in a hurry. The staff are usually friendly, but I only go when I have lots of time, and the table service saves you standing around waiting, getting increasingly frustrated. There I’ve worked out my frustration on this review, so I can drink my coffee calmly *sigh*
