The ordering process was quite confusing and unpleasant due to the staff's approach. At the drive-thru, I requested real cheddar cheese, but the employee informed me that there was already cheese on the burger. I wanted to clarify that I was seeking a different type of real cheddar cheese, but her explanation was vague, and I eventually decided to let it go. While ordering just the burger and a drink, she overwhelmed me with numerous questions about additional items, despite my repeated insistence that I only wanted the burger and drink. When I reached the window, there was no friendly gesture at all. I paid, received my items, and she closed the window without uttering a word—not even a simple "have a good day" or "enjoy your meal." Overall, it was a very rude experience.

This is one of my favorite places to stop when I'm on my commute to or from work. They serve the best fast food burgers in the area. I appreciate that I can grab a burger anytime, day or night.

The service was a bit slow, and the onion rings were as hard as hockey pucks. Other than that, the food was good.

The drive-thru staff member was quite rude and struggled to take our order correctly. This location used to be excellent, so I’m not sure what changed with the new employee. If you're seeking better service, I suggest trying the Mistatim Way location; they are much friendlier. Thank you for putting my child on edge with your attitude. I satisfied my craving perfectly with the Grandpa Burger topped with cheese and sweet potato fries, accompanied by some extra chipotle mayo. I later tried the Double Teen combo with frozen root beer, and it was amazing! If you're looking for vegetarian options, they have a Beyond Meat burger available. Plus, parking was really easy!
