Boston Pizza - St. Albert

It was too dark for a sunny Saturday afternoon. I could hardly read the menu.

The food was quite good, and the service was outstanding. The atmosphere was just average, typical of what you'd expect from BP.

Every time we have ordered BP to be delivered it has arrived cold — $10.00 all in for delivery of cold pizza and wings is very disappointing—

Most incompetent manager I have ever seen. So many staff members standing around doing nothing. Couldn’t figure out how to seat people. Would never go to this location again. Huge disappointment.

Melissa was an absolute pleasure. She was fully in charge of the bar even though every table was occupied and it was rush hour and she was the only person working. Update: Melissa is STILL rockin' it! Ditto on April 13, 2023
