Subway - St. Albert

This Subway is within 5 minutes of both my jobs, so I end up here fairly often.

Always a good location. Open later than the other St. Albert spot. Has a nice dining area and a convenient drink machine. Fresh ingredients and fast service.

I routinely eat at Subway and love their sandwiches. I was in the Subway on Giroux (St. Albert the other day. Given the pandemic, I have become pretty vigilant re hand washing and lowering the level of transmission. I was somewhat taken aback when I watched the girl who made my sandwich (veggies handling multiple items, touching multiple surfaces (i.e. handles of ovens etc immediately prior to handling the veggies on my sandwich. She was wearing gloves but truly should she not have changed gloves after completing all her tasks then handling the veggies put directly on my sandwich? I was disappointed to see such a lack of regard for safety.
