Feedback gevenSince the new owners took over and let go of the previous staff, the service has been quite disappointing. When you order a combo, they automatically upgrade it to a medium size at an additional cost, unless you specifically request a small.
I cannot recommend this location. There's another Wendy's nearby where you can avoid the rude staff at the drive-thru here. I've experienced some of the most unfriendly and unhelpful employees at this location. If the owner wants this business to compete with the other Wendy's just five minutes away, they should think about replacing the two similar-looking guys working the drive-thru.
I sampled the raspberry Sprite, and it was fantastic! It offered a wonderful array of flavors.
This fast food restaurant located in downtown also includes a Tim Hortons.
This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever experienced. I’m really confused about who is managing the place. I placed an order through Skip at 9:52 PM, and by 9:58 PM, I received a call informing me that they were out of Frosty. I told the employee that was fine and requested to receive the burgers with a refund for the Frosty charge. Then, at 10:04 PM, I got another call asking if I could accept a full refund for the order because they were closing! They actually close at 10:30 PM, and the only thing that stops at 10 PM is their Skip service. I placed my order before that cut-off, and since they were still open until 10:30 PM, they could have easily prepared my order. The customer service was absolutely terrible.
