Burger King - St. Andrew's Parish

A I went through the drive through. Ordered the #1 . Never were we asked what size of drink or fries. We asked for extra napkins and still only got one each. No straws for our drinks. No ketchup or anything. I’m very disappointed in today’s experience. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Rude manager , i asked for plastic cup and manager refused , she said that only take out can be given plastic cups instead of their new cup . i dont see how its not ok getting plastic cups inside too???? dont eat the this place . try another bk store. Drive thru employees rush you when ordering. No customer service. A simple please and thank you would be nice. Manager please coach your employees on the importance of great customer service and to always to leave a positive impression with your customers. Wow. I definitely will not be returning to this location due to this past experience. It's not that hard to use manners. Service: Take out
