Tim Hortons - St. Andrew's Parish

The morning staff are SO MEAN AND UNPROFESSIONAL OMG. I ordered a muffin and a large chai tea latte, I said it twice but they made a small so I told the cashier that I wanted a large and she rolled her eyes and said, “next time look at the screen” but the screen had another order, they haven’t punched mine yet. I tried explaining but they didn’t give me a chance to explain. Instead they wear rushing me and bushing me, so I asked for a refund instead. They threw the money at me and told me to leave like seriously, what kind of people are timies hiring? The old white lady is the meanest and rudest. This timi will get better if they get rid of her.!!! How can you be so RUDE to a customer? The food is trash and dirty, the cups are dirty as well, everything about this Tim Horton is trash. Please don’t buy anything from them for your kids or for your self!

Went through the drive thru on Saturday, March 3, 2024, to order donuts. Granted, it was later in the evening, there were absolutely no donuts or timbits. How the heck does Tim Hortons run out of donuts?? Added on-edit: I would like to add that while reviewing all of the reviews where customers have had a concern with the service or food, why is it that every response is the same? Fill out a form online or call the 1-800 number. What's this going to achieve?

I have never had a good experience at this Tim Hortons. They don 't acknowledge me, even when I 've said Hi multiple times. They serve the other car first. Very disorganized. I usually avoid this one at all costs. But every time I think, I 'll give them another chance, because they 're closest. They always disappoint. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
