Wendy's - St. Andrew's Parish

Yesterday I was waiting for my order and the filipino lady behaved so rudely with the girl working at front that the girl almost cried. It's a busy workplace, mistakes happen, it's no way to treat anyone. It was a very unpleasant situation to witness. Love the food but never planning to come back again just because of that lady.

Showed up at 11:20 and was told that they are closed. When google said open until midnight, maybe they just need to update their times but still sucked driving all the way.

Ordered in the store and ate in the store, my food was still cold and they were rude when I let them know about their pop machine not working correctly.

I Absolutely love this location! Highly recommended. Quality food, friendly welcoming staff and the ladies here have excellent customer service. Thank you!!!
