Papa Johns - St Ann

We accidentally ordered our pizza for pickup instead of delivery. After an hour passed and we had not received our pizza, I realized my mistake. I called the restaurant and asked them to change the order to delivery. Despite the fact that the pizza was already an hour old, the staff member I spoke to was friendly and gracious. She assured me that she would remake my food. This gesture meant a lot to me, especially because I had been having a rough few days. The honesty and integrity of the staff at St. Ann Papa John's has earned our family's gratitude. Thank you.

The food was delivered quickly and on time after ordering. The customer service was also excellent.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! Every dish on their menu is delicious, but the pizza, in particular, is outstanding. The crust strikes the perfect balance - it's not too thick and heavy, nor is it too thin and soggy. Just perfection!
