St. Asaph Kebab Burger House

I just had my first shish kebab, and wow, it’s definitely become my favorite! Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

I waited nearly an hour for my food to arrive, which is why I'm only giving this place 1 star. The Sunday dinner was decent, but as you can see from the picture, there were no greens on the plate—oh, wait, there were peas. This restaurant seems to be hit or miss, and unfortunately, yesterday was a miss when it came to service. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Lunch

I've never had an issue with this place before; we always look forward to our visits. However, tonight was a complete disaster. The food arrived cold and excessively greasy. The biggest concern was finding a large round piece of black plastic in my meal—not just a small chip, but a significant circular object. I called the restaurant to discuss a resolution, but the staff were rude and dismissive, even going so far as to prevent us from placing future orders despite the mistake being on their end. They claimed that we must have put it in ourselves, despite our history of regular orders. I will be taking this matter further.
